Fully cooked smoked Hungarian and Slovienian Sausages can be enjoyed straight out of the package or lightly grilled or fried for an added experience.
40 years ago Frank Jakubczak created an old world European experience in a building built in 1905 Frank still uses the original hanging racks and walk-in cooler.
Frank makes everything by hand, trimming and grinding his own meats, preparing dry cured meats and creating the finest sausages with solid hand trimmed portions of pork, expensive spices and real hickory smoke.
Frank and the shop have been featured on Wisconsin Foodie on Public Televison and the History Channel's Meat America, a 2 hour documentary on meat. His efforts have consistently gained praise from dedicated customers and the media.
