Our organic salmon thrive in the wild pristine waters along Ireland's westerly coastline. Since 2004 Organic salmon have been fished from Clare Island, Co. Mayo and in Bantry Bay and Kenmare Bay since 2008.

These farms first received Organic salmon certification in 1996 which was the first farm in Irish Aquaculture to achieve Organic Status. Since then the company has grown and they have four further sites in South West Ireland in Bantry and Kenmare Bays. They employ over 270 people in Ireland and utilise over 800 Irish suppliers.
